Job Title: Antitrust/Competition Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complex transactions and conduct investigations, especially in scenarios where the FTC or DOJ has raised questions or concerns unexpectedly in ongoing matters.
- Litigate against agencies and state attorneys general (AGs) as part of the firm's legal strategies.
- Gain experience in second request investigations and merger litigations.
- Collaborate with the Antitrust Group to address challenging legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.

Education and Experience:
- Candidates should possess 1-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in handling second request investigations or merger litigations.
- Experience working with or at the FTC or DOJ is considered a plus, offering added advantage in understanding the intricacies of antitrust matters.
