Antitrust Associate Attorney - Midlevel
Job Responsibilities:
The Antitrust Associate Attorney is responsible for working within the Antitrust, Consumer Protection & Unfair Competition group. The role involves:
- Engaging in antitrust litigation and providing antitrust counseling.
- Collaborating with team members to serve clients effectively.
- Utilizing strong oral and written communication skills to advocate on behalf of clients.
- Possibly engaging in activities related to the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess:
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from a top-tier law school.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in antitrust litigation and/or counseling. This experience should be gained at an AmLaw 100 law firm or within the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Judicial clerkship experience is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 annually. The exact salary depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
- The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
