Paralegal Responsibilities: Establish constant communication with our clients to obtain information needed to evaluate the case, as well as relay updates back to our clients. Request medical records from healthcare providers (nationwide). Receive the requested records and other correspondence from the healthcare providers. Establish relationships with healthcare providers by making regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact. Enter updates into Salesforce CRM to document your record retrieval attempts and the status of the request with the healthcare provider. Maintain an organized system and rotation of follow-up attempts with each provider. Report weekly success rates for records requests. Offer suggestions to change our procedures to improve the overall success rates. Work with our small team to implement and grow our record retrieval department.

Requirements: Bachelors degree or a paralegal certificate. Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience. Experience in personal injury, mass tort, or class action cases a plus. Must have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Google Suite, as well as a general understanding of software systems. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by organizing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis.
