Law Firm is seeking a Workers Compensation Case Manager to join their team in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal environment, specifically in workers’ compensation or personal injury. Bilingual candidates and those with paralegal certification will be given preference.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with document drafting, discovery responses, and case strategy
- Preparing medical summaries, exhibits, and prep materials
- Managing client communication
- Ensuring our clients’ stories are told with clarity and compassion

Requirements

- Ability to deliver world-class customer service

- Previous experience in a legal environment, preferably in workers’ compensation or personal injury

Compensation and Experience

- Mid-level position
- Previous experience will be considered for compensation negotiations and higher placement as a Workers Compensation Case Manager II or III
- Competitive salary of $38,750-42,500
- Located in Greenville, North Carolina (Hybrid)
