The law firm of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced Independent Contract Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position with a pay rate of $55 - $65 an hour.

As an Independent Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal services to our clients, with a focus on advocacy for healthcare institutions and under-represented individuals such as the elderly and disabled. Experience in guardianship and Medicaid is preferred, and the ability to travel is a must. Strong writing and research skills are required, as well as experience in formulating arguments and case strategies. Witness preparation, examination, and cross-examination experience is also required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and comfortable with courtroom advocacy.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services to clients, specifically in the areas of healthcare and guardianship
- Advocate for under-represented individuals, such as the elderly and disabled
- Conduct research and write legal documents
- Formulate arguments and case strategies
- Prepare witnesses for testimony and conduct examinations and cross-examinations
- Travel as needed for client meetings and court appearances

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of legal experience
- Valid PA Bar license, with NY license being a plus
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience in formulating arguments and case strategies
- Experience in witness preparation, examination, and cross-examination
- Comfortable with courtroom advocacy
- Ability to travel as needed
