Job Title:
Associate Attorney - Elder Law/Trusts & Estate

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care directives, and probate/administration petitions.
- Assist in the representation of clients in various legal matters, including estate planning, Medicaid planning, and probate/estate administration proceedings.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings to provide legal counsel and representation.
- Collaborate with partner and senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and support.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with firm policies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the NY bar.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Elder Law and/or Trusts & Estates.
- Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of trust and estate law, guardianship law, estate planning, and Medicaid-related matters.

Salary Information:
- 90,000 - 110,000 / Yearly
