Job Title: Supervisor of Applications Development

Job Responsibilities:
The Supervisor of Applications Development is a crucial member of the law firm's Technology and Information Services department. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Programmer team, ensuring adherence to all firm policies and procedures, and supervising, training, and coaching the development team to promote professional growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring team goals and objectives are met in compliance with firm guidelines and policies
- Collaborating with HR and team leadership on recruitment, training, and performance management
- Developing training plans and materials for developers, focusing on processes, tools, and technologies
- Analyzing business needs and developing solutions in collaboration with users and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, providing application support, and communicating project status to stakeholders
- Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Supervisor of Applications Development position should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, technology, or a related field; significant equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- A minimum of seven years of relevant programming experience
- At least five years of experience in C#, , and SQL programming
- A minimum of three years of experience managing or supervising a development team

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills in organizing, planning, and decision-making, exhibit advanced knowledge of C#, , SQL, and mobile development technologies, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information:
The pay range for the Supervisor of Applications Development position is between USD $160, and USD $185, per year. In addition to the base salary, successful candidates will be provided with a generous total compensation package, including bonuses awarded based on individual and firm performance.
