Job Description:
As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing petitions and applications for various immigration cases, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration. You will also be responsible for responding to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals. In addition, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least 5 years of experience in employment-based, family-based, or humanitarian-based immigration
- Ability to manage 100+ case files
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Passion for immigration work
- Strong communication, legal research, and writing skills
- Desire to advance and grow professionally
- Full-time availability
- Decent typing speed (60+ WPM)
- Proficiency in using case management software, such as INSZOOM, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, highly desired.
- Second language preferred but not required
