**Members Only**, a leading law firm in Downtown Miami, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, reasonable billable hourly requirements, and a discretionary annual bonus. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on motion practice and appearance at hearings
- Client contact as applicable
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend depositions and trials as needed
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy and development

Qualifications:
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar
- 3-4 years of substantial litigation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
