Position Overview:
- Seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-7 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions
- Must have experience in an Am Law 100 law firm
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission (or eligibility) in the jurisdiction of preferred office location
- Excellent writing and analytical skills required

Location Options:
- Preferred location: Miami office
- Other possible locations: Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Florida, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC office

Responsibilities:
- Assist in all stages of M&A and private equity transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, and closing deals
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various corporate matters
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to provide top-notch legal services to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide sound legal advice

Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions
- Experience in an Am Law 100 law firm preferred
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Bar admission (or eligibility) in the jurisdiction of preferred office location
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
