As a full-service firm, we pride ourselves on providing personalized and client-focused legal services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including entity creation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactional matters
- Assist with entity creation and governance, including drafting and reviewing corporate documents
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and negotiating deals
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in corporate law to provide informed and strategic advice to clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
- 8+ years of experience in a corporate transactional role, preferably at a law firm
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional client service
