Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist in all aspects of case management, preparing discovery including Rule disclosure statements, propounding and responding to discovery; preparing medical records, mediation and trial notebooks; performing administrative work directly related to the management of case files; and assisting at trials, which include out of state trials.

The candidate should have 5+ years civil litigation paralegal experience. Trial experience is preferred. Familiarity with software programs such as Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Dropbox is plus. Skills needed are experience in electronic filing in both State and Federal Courts; strong computer skills along with the ability to learn software applications quickly; must be a self-starter and able to function in a fast-paced independent work environment. Experience in product liability, medical malpractice or medical devices/pharmaceuticals a plus.
