Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain key documentation associated with investment banking and capital markets transactions, including engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, marketing and disclosure documents, and disclaimers.
- Advise on legal, regulatory, and reputational risks across a wide range of coverage areas.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal templates, playbooks, and contract management systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to deliver timely, practical legal guidance.
- Support senior legal team on transactional and restructuring matters, which may include assistance with Chapter 11 filings, disclosures, and court documents.
Education and Experience Information:
- At least 2 years of work experience with a national law firm in a transactional law practice.
- . from an accredited law school.
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one . jurisdiction.
- Exposure to sophisticated M&A, capital markets, and/or generalist practice, ideally with rotation through two or more practice areas.
Salary Information:
- Annual base salary between $175,000 - $190,000.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
