Duties

• Manage probate and trust administration and represent clients in probate litigation.

General Litigation:

• Litigate complex commercial disputes, including pre-trial motions, discovery, and courtroom advocacy.
• Represent clients in diverse civil matters, providing strategic and results-driven legal solutions.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of relevant legal experience in one or more of the practice areas listed.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality legal representation.
• A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to managing client matters.
• Excellent academic credentials and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
