Job Title: Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead large projects and innovate processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain operational excellence in every task while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.
- Perform state and local tax return reviews and fulfill compliance tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to prepare, review, and analyze reports necessary for the preparation of the company's tax returns.
- Communicate effectively to secure overall success and validate outcomes with clients.
- Share alternative perspectives and act on client feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
- Deepen and evolve expertise with a focus on staying relevant and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:

- Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience is necessary to qualify for the role.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, EA, or Member of the Bar are preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews, monitoring tax compliance requirements, conducting tax research, and solving complex issues is essential.
- Proficiency in working with financial statements and journal entries, understanding financial systems and business processes, and coordinating with other departments for tax preparation is required.
- Ability to innovate through new and existing technologies is valued.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $315,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
