Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 8 years of experience is required.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is required.
- Preferred areas of study include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Ability to research complex tax issues and reach valid conclusions.
- Experience reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Experience leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Ability to develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience training and managing local staff.
- Proficiency in executing client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is applicable for roles based in Maryland, and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
