Attorney The candidate will be involved in the litigation and post judgment process for a growing, high volume multi-state legal collection practice including, document review and preparation, suit decisions, interacting with litigation, post judgment and collection staff, communicating and negotiating with consumers and attorneys and the ability to go to court. Must have 2-3 years of experience. Should have a thorough knowledge of litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement. Experience in customer service and/or collections would be a plus. CA State Bar admission is preferred.
