Associate Attorney The candidate' must be licensed in California to handle insurance defense matters throughout the state, including defense of bodily injury, premises liability, construction defect, auto/trucking collisions, wrongful death, and/or catastrophic injury. Bar licenses in additional jurisdictions are a plus and the ideal candidate will have jury trial experience (first or second chair). Job duties include: Handling litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision, including discovery, issueanalysis, depositions, expert retention, expert discovery and settlement.
