**Members Only**, a leading law firm in New Jersey, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate attorney to join our team as a senior associate, counsel or partner. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in corporate transactions, who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in our firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle a wide range of corporate transactions, including equity structuring, general commercial transactions, private equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and joint ventures
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various corporate matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on complex cases and transactions
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to corporate transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate transactions, preferably with a focus on equity structuring and private equity investments
• Knowledge of securities, tax, healthcare, and executive compensation is a plus
• Bar membership in New Jersey or New York is required
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
