Job Title: Antitrust Associate
Salary Range: $225,000 - $345,000

Job Description:

- Join the Antitrust group at McGuireWoods LLP in their Chicago office
- Represent clients in civil, criminal, and congressional investigations and enforcement matters at federal and state levels
- Offer creative and practical solutions for clients to compete effectively with maximum flexibility and acceptable risk
- Provide antitrust and competition law services, including audits and compliance programs, counseling, litigation, and government investigations
- Work with a diverse team of over 80 attorneys with decades of experience in business, politics, and law
- Benefit from a hybrid remote work option, billable hours credit for pro bono work, and competitive salary with bonus opportunities

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of antitrust experience and background in civil litigation and class action defense
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills
- Experience at a large firm preferred
- Completed federal clerkship strongly preferred
- Active Illinois bar membership required
