Job Responsibilities:
The Antitrust Associate Attorney at the law firm is responsible for engaging in complex antitrust litigation and providing antitrust counseling. The role involves working within the Antitrust, Consumer Protection & Unfair Competition group. This position requires the attorney to collaborate with team members to serve the clients of the law firm effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling antitrust litigation cases
- Providing expert antitrust counseling
- Collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
- Engaging in client service with dedication and mutual respect

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Antitrust Associate Attorney position must possess the following qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from a top-tier law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- 3-5 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or antitrust counseling
- Experience obtained from an AmLaw 100 law firm, the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, or the Federal Trade Commission
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Judicial clerkship experience is considered a plus

Salary Information:
The compensation range for the Antitrust Associate Attorney position is between $260,000 to $365,000 annually. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, participation in a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
