- Develop and maintain web application features and functionalities for client-facing web stack

- Collaborate with team members and non-technical internal clients
- Break down projects into tasks and provide estimates
- Work directly with business owners to determine project requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of application development experience with web technologies

- Understanding of web architecture and client-server relationship
- Experience with developing web responsive applications for multiple device sizes
- Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
- Familiarity with jQuery/Bootstrap and experience with Knockout, Angular, or React a plus
- Expertise in IIS web server and Visual Studio or similar IDE
- Experience with Google Analytics and implementing custom variables and metrics
- Familiarity with MSSQL and Transact-SQL
- Experience with SharePoint development and Cloud-based apps
- Knowledge of AI and ML utilities, preferably in Microsoft Agents
- Web service development using REST and SOAP
- Strong understanding of XML, XSL, and XPath
- Experience with source code control best practices and tools like GIT
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical staff
