Law Firm Seeking Experienced Cross-Border Employment Attorney
Are you an experienced employment law attorney with a passion for helping multinational companies navigate the complexities of global workforces? Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms in the United States, is seeking a lateral attorney to join our Cross-Border practice group. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and creative attorney to take their practice in a new direction and expand their skills in the ever-evolving field of cross-border employment law.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to multinational companies on a wide range of international employment issues.
- Must have 5+ years of . labor and employment law experience.
- Cross-border experience is required, with a strong preference for Asia-Pacific and Middle East experience.
- In-house experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in various technology platforms, including virtual communication tools, is required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range between $167,500 and $300,000, based on experience and location.
