Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney
Experience: Prior experience working with financial institutions in enforcement of loan documents, foreclosure, collections, landlord/tenant matters, and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and/or bankruptcy courts preferred. Strong academic backgrounds will also be considered.

The Opportunity:
- Join a highly respected banking and financial services law firm
- Work with a team of experienced litigators
- Focus on enforcement of loan documents, foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcies, and all aspects of state and federal court litigation
- Serve clients locally, regionally, and nationally
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota
- Prior experience in financial institution litigation preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a large workload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation process including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing for and attending hearings and trials
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
