Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Assistant will be a crucial part of the team at the law firm, tasked with supporting the daily operations of a busy law office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff.
- Managing and organizing legal documents and files.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and other staff members.
- Utilizing computer systems for data entry and document preparation.
- Participating in on-the-job training to gain a deeper understanding of legal processes and office procedures.
Education and Experience Information:
No previous experience in a law office is required for this position. The law firm offers excellent on-the-job training, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. Applicants should possess:

Salary Information:
The salary for the Legal Assistant position is $41,600 per year, as provided by the employer. The salary is subject to annual reviews, with potential for raises based on performance. Employees are paid on a weekly basis.
Additional Information:
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a 40-hour work week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The law firm provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
