Job Description:, PLLC is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. The paralegal will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial real estate and corporate transactions. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience working as a real estate paralegal and must have a thorough understanding of real estate and related transactions. Compensation:, PLLC offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Responsibilities: * Independently manage the preparation and processing of real estate transactions from contract through closing * Coordinate and attend closings, including calculation of closing adjustments and the preparation of closing statements, deed, transfer forms, and other related documents necessary to close a real estate transaction * Review title, surveys and other due diligence materials and clear title exceptions for closing * Prepare and review Real Estate Purchase Agreements, communicate with buyer's counsel, brokers and title company and have knowledge of contract negotiation * Prepare and review loan documents and have knowledge of loan transactions * Prepare and review lease related documents and have knowledge of lease negotiations * Corporate structuring experience including forming limited liability companies and knowledge and understanding of operating agreements Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience working as a real estate paralegal * Thorough understanding of real estate and related transactions * Ability to independently manage the preparation and processing of real estate transactions from contract through closing * Knowledge of contract negotiation, loan transactions, and lease negotiations * Corporate structuring experience including forming limited liability companies and knowledge and understanding of operating agreements Why Work Here?, PLLC offers employees a great work environment with casual work attire and the opportunity to learn and grow with the firm., PLLC is looking for a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.
