Job Title: Associate - Bankruptcy

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and represent clients in Chapter 11 business bankruptcies.
- Handle creditors’ rights litigation and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
- Represent fiduciaries in complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, including avoidance actions.
- Conduct court appearances and manage motions, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate on multiple projects with lawyers in various offices, maintaining autonomy and attention to detail.
- Perform strong writing, research, and analytical tasks to support legal proceedings.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must be admitted to The Florida Bar.
- Possess 2-3 years of experience in related legal fields.
- Judicial clerkship experience is considered a plus.
