Law Firm is seeking an Experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join their Business Reorganization Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries in Chapter 11 cases, as well as experience in bankruptcy litigation.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Experience: Must have significant experience in Chapter 11 cases representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries. Bankruptcy litigation experience is preferred.

Location: This position is located at our law firm in Florida.

Department: Business Reorganization Team

Responsibilities:

- Act as first chair in bankruptcy cases, representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries in Chapter 11 cases
- Handle all aspects of bankruptcy litigation, including motions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with colleagues at the law firm and counterparties in a team-oriented environment
- Provide exceptional client service and produce high-quality work product
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Possess a team attitude and willingness to work hard while having fun

Qualifications:

- Member of The Florida Bar or commitment to become admitted
- Significant experience in Chapter 11 cases representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries
- Bankruptcy litigation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
