Job Title: Legal Practice Assistant - Future Consideration

Job Responsibilities:
- Support individual attorney(s) and/or paralegal(s) with day-to-day tasks.
- Draft, transcribe, and revise legal documents electronically or directly.
- Utilize strong secretarial skills, word processing, and general office procedures.
- Implement filing techniques effectively.
- Concentrate on details and organize work efficiently.
- Communicate accurately and professionally with a wide spectrum of individuals including clients.
- Handle diverse practices and act as a liaison between clients and attorneys.
- Exhibit strong proofreading skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all client and firm matters.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma is required.
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
- Must possess strong secretarial skills and previous work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, is essential.
- Familiarity with document management software such as iManage and/or FileSite is preferred.
- Experience with time entry programs, specifically Elite Webview, and change-tracking programs, including Change-Pro, is preferred.
- Knowledge of client relationship management software, particularly InterAction, is strongly desired.
