Job Description
As an attorney at Stange Law Firm, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence
- Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
- Communicating with other attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
- Conducting witness interviews and preparing them for testimony
- Ensuring the accuracy of all prepared documents
- Appearing promptly in court for assigned cases
- Handling all aspects of assigned cases
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing files and pleadings
- Conducting legal research on specific issues
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Illinois license required
- Preference for experience in Family Law, but not required
- Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with 5+ years of litigation experience
