Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for case management, immigration filings, and immigration database administration. Demonstrate a firm understanding of practice area protocols, anticipates needs, exercises independent judgment, and have excellent communication skills. Entail legal research and investigation for immigration-related issues. Additionally, maintain organized case files with relevant documentation. Should have a Bachelor's Degree. And 2+ years of Immigration Paralegal experience. Experience with preparation of the US Business Immigration submissions. Experience with Law Logix software preferred. An excellent understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. Flexibility to work overtime and travel, as needed, required.
