Job Title: Circuit Judge Law Clerk

Experience:
- Must be a current member or become a member of the West Virginia State Bar

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare confidential legal memoranda
- Draft orders and opinions
- Attend court hearings as requested
- Advise and assist the judge with legal issues
- Conduct discovery conferences
- Respond to attorneys and self-represented litigants
- Monitor the court's docket
