Bold Headline: Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (#919) - New York Office

- Seeking experienced Corporate M&A associate attorney with at least five years of experience in cross-border corporate and M&A matters
- Opportunity to work directly with partners on interesting cross-border corporate matters and M&A transactions
- Must have New York (or equivalent US jurisdictions) bar admission
- At least five years of experience in general corporate and corporate transactional work
- Focus on cross-border M&A, greenfield investment and other transactions involving Chinese companies required
- Excellent drafting, analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with M&A, greenfield investment/economic development project, private equity, and general corporate practice
- Mandarin Chinese and English fluency required
- . law degree (. or .) and PRC law degree or experience working with PRC companies preferred
- Competitive salary range of $325,000 - $375,000 for New York applicants
