OVERVIEW OF POSITION

**Members Only** is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team and take on a leadership role in our employment litigation department. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with both employees and employers, and to handle a variety of employment law matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience in employment law, be an Illinois licensed attorney, and have a strong understanding of civil procedure.

Law Firm Seeks Experienced Senior Associate Attorney for Employment Litigation Department

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court hearings.
Advise and counsel clients on complex employment law matters.
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and contracts.
Mentor less experienced colleagues and staff.
Collaborate with other attorneys on cases and projects.
Conduct workplace investigations and provide trainings to businesses.
Develop positive workplace cultures for clients.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of litigation experience in employment law.
Illinois licensed attorney.
Strong understanding of civil procedure.
Excellent writing skills.
Strategic thinking and creativity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
Dependability, reliability, and punctuality.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Compensation:

Starting salary of $160,000, commensurate with experience.
Bonus opportunities.
Full-time, hybrid work schedule.
Minimum of 1,500 client billable hours annually.
