Paralegal Trusts & Estates Candidate will: Assist attorneys with assignments involving complex paralegal duties requiring initiative, skill and specialized legal knowledge. Such complex work requires the exercise of independent judgment and discretion. Administer estates and trusts; Prepare federal and state estate tax returns; Prepare fiduciary accountings and income tax returns; assist lawyers in estate planning and administration; Management of all aspects of trust accounts; Preparation of: Probate papers; Federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns; Federal gift tax returns; Fiduciary accountings; Federal and state fiduciary income tax returns. Extensive client contact; Calendar and monitor key dates and deadlines. 5+ years of Paralegal trust and estates experience is preferred.
