Law Firm Seeking Experienced Employment Litigation Attorney
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong writing skills are a must
- Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims and Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination and Employment Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for preserving medical liberty and protecting civil rights in the employment context
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills

Location: Nationwide (remote position)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range of $100,000 to $180,000 per year, starting at $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience
- Additional performance-based compensation for certain attorney positions

We are seeking someone with at least three years of employment litigation experience and exceptional writing skills. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing claims in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and litigating claims under various laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
