Thompson Coburn, a leading full-service law firm with offices across the United States, is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. With a focus on integrity, innovation, and diversity, Thompson Coburn provides exceptional value and service to their clients. This position, reporting to the Chief Legal Talent Officer, will manage the recruitment of partner-level attorneys and oversee the firm's marketing and social media strategy for attorney recruitment. This is a full-time exempt position with the opportunity for a hybrid-remote work schedule after an initial training period. The firm is looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree, . preferred, and a minimum of five years of recruiting experience, preferably with knowledge of attorney recruiting processes. Prior experience with viGlobal recruiting platform and supervisory/management experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Chief Legal Talent Officer and Practice Group Leaders to determine hiring needs and strategy for sourcing lateral partner candidates
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for lateral partner attorneys, including reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and corresponding with candidates
- Maintain data in the firm's legal recruiting software program and provide reports as needed
- Supervise and provide direction to department administrative support staff for partner recruitment responsibilities
- Stay informed of industry best practices and maintain relationships with legal industry contacts
- Work on special projects with other members of the Legal Recruiting team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, . preferred
- Minimum of five years of recruiting experience with knowledge of attorney recruiting processes
- Prior experience with viGlobal recruiting platform preferred
- Supervisory/management experience preferred

Compensation:

- Salary range of $128,100 - $160,000 annually for candidates based in New York City and meeting experience requirements
- Starting salary based on individual qualifications and experience
