The International Arbitration Paralegal at King & Spalding will play a vital role in our International Arbitration practice, providing essential support to our attorneys on the International Disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal with a strong background in international arbitration to join a prestigious, global law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the arbitration process, including various venues and rules, to assist with drafting and finalizing filings
- Conduct research and organize case documents, including translations and witness evidence
- Manage pre-hearing preparations and assist at hearings, including potential international travel and overtime work
- Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and legal practice assistants
- Collaborate with experts and witnesses to gather necessary information and documents
- Maintain document management systems and databases
- Assist with post-hearing tasks and logistics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of international arbitration experience in a mid-to-large size law firm
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, and knowledge of document databases such as Relativity
- Must be able to work overtime and potentially travel internationally

- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required

Salary Information:

- New York: $100,000 - $155,000 annual salary range
- Washington, .: $87,000 - $145,000 annual salary range
- Denver: $90,000 - $130,000 annual salary range

Please note that the salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience, job location, and internal equity.
