Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of labor law matters, including collective bargaining and public sector experience
- Conduct thorough research and provide sound legal advice to clients
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of collective bargaining experience
- Public sector experience preferred
- Strong academic background with outstanding references
- Excellent presentation skills
- Exceptional writing and research abilities
- Highly organized and able to manage a heavy workload
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
