Summary:
**Members Only**, a top American Lawyer Global 100 law firm, is seeking a midlevel Commercial Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience to join their San Francisco office. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and experience in complex commercial litigation. The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $355,000 per year, depending on experience level.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support commercial litigation activities, including complex commercial litigation such as trade secrets and class actions.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client pitches and presentations.
- Take on significant responsibility in Venable's cases.
- Have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Manage all phases of discovery.
- Manage junior associates.
- Work well in a team.
- Hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar.
- Provide law school transcripts with submissions.
- Have the ability to access privileged and confidential information.

Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar.
- Able to provide law school transcripts with submissions.

Salary Range:
$215,000 to $355,000 per year, depending on experience level.
