Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, update, and review privacy notices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with US privacy laws
- Work with internal functions such as Global Technology, Global Solutions, and Data Acquisition to enhance privacy efforts
- Stay up-to-date on changing privacy laws and regulations, particularly in financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Maintain a professional network and foster relationships to become a trusted business partner
- Communicate complex legal concepts and persuade senior business leaders to adopt a different point of view
- Participate in strategic planning to advance and mature the privacy program

What You'll Bring:

- . and 3+ years of relevant privacy experience as a licensed US attorney
- Expertise in US privacy and data protection laws such as CCPA, COPPA, BIPA, and HIPPA
- Understanding of marketing and ad tech
- Knowledge of new comprehensive state privacy laws in Colorado and Virginia
- Ability to anticipate potential objections and persuade senior business leaders
- Strong ethics, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve under pressure with limited oversight

Salary Information:
