Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Managing attorney schedules and calendars
- Organizing and maintaining client files and case documents
- Facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and court officials
- Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
- Filing legal documents with courts and governmental agencies
- Handling billing and invoicing for legal services
- Preparing trial briefs and other courtroom materials
- Coordinating travel arrangements for attorneys

Education and Experience Information:

- Strong typing and transcription skills
