Trademark Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Trademark Paralegal will manage their own docket and work independently, handling various responsibilities that include domestic and foreign trademark filings, online investigations, and SAEGIS scans. The candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of trademark experience and possess a BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
Salary Information:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $133,750. The actual base salary offered may vary based on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications or professional licenses, and the location from which they will be performing the job. Additionally, a discretionary bonus based on performance may be available for eligible employees. Further details on employee eligibility for benefits and the discretionary bonus can be provided upon request.
Additional Information:
This position is part of the Trademark group at the law firm, which is recognized internationally for strategic trademark counseling and protection. The role offers a hybrid work schedule requiring one day onsite per week, with potential additional in-office days based on business and client needs. The position follows a workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
