Paralegal The candidate will be working case files from acceptance through settlement or trial, working with clients to handle property damage issues, drafting and filing of documents, including e-filing, scheduling depositions, preparing litigation notebooks, and calendaring and tracking critical dates. Previous work as a personal injury paralegal is required. Previous work as a litigation paralegal is desirable. Should have organizational skills, attention to detail, strong client service skills, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, the ability to multi-task, and to set priorities while meeting deadlines. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required. Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
