Job Title:
Associate Attorney - 2-5 years

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in complex real estate finance transactions.
- Represent for-profit and non-profit developers, lenders, syndicators, and institutional investors.
- Handle transactions involving the development and financing of multi-family housing and commercial real estate.
- Work with tax-exempt bonds, conventional debt, and the syndication of various tax credits.
- Operate in a fast-paced, challenging, and collegial work environment.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in affordable housing, community development, commercial lending, real estate law, tax law, not-for-profit law, and/or public housing law.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- An interest in specific areas such as affordable housing, community development, commercial lending, real estate law, tax law, not-for-profit law, and/or public housing law is strongly preferred.

Salary Information:
- Base salary range of $120,000 - $130,000.
- Opportunity for an annual bonus.
- Excellent benefits package provided.
