Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage tax advisory services and tax compliance for pass-through and C-corporation entities, focusing on industries such as manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services, technology, and financial institutions.
- Develop, build, and manage client relationships to ensure ultra-responsive customer service.
- Represent the company in the professional and business community, enhancing the firm's reputation and visibility.
- Participate in the proposal process for prospective clients, contributing to the growth and expansion of the client base.
- Contribute to the company's sponsored technical guidance for both internal and external publications, as well as internal learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience in public accounting tax, including technical tax consulting and research.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA license is mandatory for this position.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Taxation or a Law degree.
