Job Title: Senior Managing Director, Legal Transformation Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead C-level (CLO, GC, CIO, CFO) and senior management level legal transformation conversations, identifying targets within the sales team.
- Drive the sales cycle to grow offerings and generate revenue for broader service lines.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, delivery partners, and sales colleagues globally.
- Serve as a senior consultative sales resource to the broader Legal Solutions Sales organization, working with Account Directors and pursuing opportunities directly.
- Evangelize the company's practice offerings and technology products to industry workgroups, conferences, and publications.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 10 years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience.
- At least 5 years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this role is $160, to $190, USD annually, along with eligibility for a sales commission plan.
- Specific salary will be determined based on factors such as location-based market rate for the role, abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
