Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in collections and accounts receivable? Look no further! Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team. With offices in all 50 states, we offer a friendly and professional work environment with a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients regarding delinquent accounts
- Prepare and send collection emails
- Negotiate payment plans
- Research, analyze, and resolve problems by coordinating with billing and handling attorneys
- Perform account reconciliations

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in collections and accounts receivable at a law firm preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and clients of varied backgrounds and levels of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of legal billing systems preferred
- Some college experience in accounting preferred

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
