Job Title: Associate - Real Estate Finance

Job Responsibilities:
The associate will join the Real Estate team at the law firm's Chicago office. Responsibilities include:
- Representing lenders and investors in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions, ideally involving commercial, healthcare, auto, office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties.
- Closing acquisitions and dispositions.
- Negotiating commercial leases, including office, retail, warehouse, and industrial spaces.
- Working effectively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment.
- Participating in business development and client-facing activities.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of real estate finance experience.
- A . degree with strong academic credentials is required.
- Admission and good standing in Illinois, or taking steps to become admitted, is necessary.

Salary Information:
- The annual base salary ranges from $240,000 to $280,000, depending on class year and experience.
