Position: USPTO Licensed Patent Agent, Part-Time
**Members Only**, an intellectual property boutique, is looking for a USPTO registered patent agent or attorney to join their team. This position offers the opportunity for full-time or part-time tele-commuting or remote work, with occasional in-office meetings in Millersville. The firm specializes in providing IP legal services to small and medium size businesses in various industries, including consumer electronics, industrial machinery, firearms, boats, ships, and Internet-related businesses. Their practice covers all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law, with a focus on counseling, prosecution, and licensing.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a valid United States Patent Office Bar and a Maryland Bar (preferred for attorneys in Maryland). Previous USPTO patent prosecution experience is required, and some litigation experience is preferred but not mandatory. The firm is open to considering all technical disciplines.
